Overall Return Guidelines
This Return Policy only applies to products that are listed on any website or mobile application owned or operated by Mallsway (the “Site”) as “Sold and Shipped by Mallsway”.
For a Marketplace item, an item that is listed on the Site as “Sold and Shipped” by a third-party seller through Mallsway Marketplace platform and not “Sold and Shipped by Mallsway” (“Marketplace Item”), the Marketplace Item is covered by the Marketplace seller’s return policy. Specific Return Information
1. If the product is damaged or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. A copy of the payment receipt and a copy of the original Mallsway purchase invoice should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
3. The item must unopened and in its original condition with all original accessories, literature and other components. Marketplace Seller’s reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
4. Products received without an Order number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
5. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
4. After receiving your item, the Seller will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
5. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

Gift cards (except as required by law)
Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards (contact a local authorized dealer or the carrier directly)
Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)

Some health and personal care items
Prime Pantry products
Fresh flowers and live indoor plants
Items with special shipping restrictions imposed by the European Department of Transportation (as indicated on the product detail page)
Additional Return Information
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, Mallsway will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account.
For returns for refunds for items purchased as gifts, Mallsway will issue you a refund in the form of store credit.
For returns for refunds for items purchased through Bitcoin, Mallsway will issue you a refund in the form of a Mallsway gift card.
Products eligible for return or replacement may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. Exchanges or returns for replacements for different items is not allowed. To receive a different item, you will need to return the original item for a refund. In accordance with the Return Policy, you purchase the item you would like to receive as a replacement for of the original item.
If Mallsway no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Mallsway will issue you a refund.
Product Return Procedures
To return a product to Mallsway, you must obtain an RMA number within the applicable return period for the product (described above). Mallsway will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which time returned products must be received by Mallsway. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. The RMA number(s) should be clearly visible on the shipping label as well as the RMA invoice on the box(s) containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Mallsway. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to accept shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-sealable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Mallsway’s Return Procedure will be breached and Mallsway may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). Mallsway will not refund the original shipping charges to the Customer. In addition, Mallsway may assess a 15% restocking fee against the Customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy. Mallsway reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for a refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the 15% restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.
The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit. Customer agrees if any damaged return caused by mishandling, improper installation or product defacement will result in your return being denied and the product being returned to you.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to process after being received. Due to item availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refund.
Mallsway does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at the returns address destination. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Mallsway does not take title to the refunded item.
Original Shipping Charges
Your original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to if your item is returned.
We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected and approved before we ship a replacement.
Refused shipments are treated as regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights and remedies under any law.
“All orders outside of the continental European Union are subject to higher shipping cost. Please email the Marketplace Seller for shipping quotes if your country is not accepted for ordering.“
